Food is Medicine

I am very much a foodie. I also love feeling good in my body and mind after eating something tasty. Because of this, I enjoy taking any traditional dish that we all love and making it healthy & allergen free while also still delicious!

I specialize in actually farm-to-table & organic meals. Meaning majority of my ingredients come from small farms within 20 minutes of me. I often incorporate wild foraged ingredients or ingredients grown in my garden.

What we eat determines our thoughts & mental health (microbiome-brain connection is fascinating!), physical feeling, endurance, health, plus the warmth and strength of our soul. Let's strengthen while enjoying! <3 Mama V
